Together with its experienced parent company Swiss Life Asset Managers Deutschland, BEOS AG, a specialist in corporate real estate, is developing the largest mixed-use commercial and industrial campus in Frankfurt: FRANKFURT WESTSIDE. Based on their plans and visions for the 73-hectare quarter, we developed a conceptual design, branding, naming and storytelling that reflects the multi-layered, deep and visionary project in all its complexity, yet simplifies it. On this basis, we have built a sophisticated communication that we continue on a website, digital tools such as 3-D models, print products, social media channels and events, in which variant stakeholders are invited to participate and get involved in the planning.
